AuraBrain collects minimal data necessary to provide our services:
Account Data: Email address, name, and billing information when you sign up.
Usage Data: Domain queries, agent interactions, and performance metrics. This data is used solely to improve your agent's accuracy.
Atom Memory: Your agent's learned knowledge (Lessons, Decisions, Insights) is stored on your device and your private VPS. We do not access your atoms.
We use your data exclusively to: provide and improve AuraBrain services, process payments, communicate about your account, and improve domain accuracy across our platform.
Your data is processed through your private VPS proxy and stays on your device. We do not store your case data, domain queries, or atom memory on our servers. All transmissions are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3).
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all billing data. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
You can: access your data at any time, request deletion of your account and all associated data, export your atom memory, and opt out of non-essential communications.
Pro and Enterprise plans include HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. BAA (Business Associate Agreement) available upon request for healthcare customers.
