By accessing or using AuraBrain services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
AuraBrain provides domain-specific AI agents with ≥95% accuracy guarantees. Services include atom memory, hive mind coordination, self-healing maintenance, and vertical AI automation across 15 specialized domains.
We guarantee ≥95% domain accuracy on all verified tasks. If our agents fail to meet this threshold within 30 days of onboarding, you are entitled to a full refund of your subscription fees for that period.
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans receive a 20% discount. All prices are in USD. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. You may cancel at any time.
You own all data you provide to AuraBrain, including case data, atom memory, and training examples. We do not access, sell, or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the service.
AuraBrain's technology, branding, and proprietary methods are owned by AuraForge Inc. Your domain-specific training data and atom configurations remain your property.
AuraBrain is provided "as is" with no warranties beyond the accuracy guarantee. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will delete your account data within 30 days. You may export your atom memory before termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
